HEALTH, SAFETY, AND NUTRITION FOR YOUNG CHILDREN This course is designed to explore health, safety and legal issues in early childhood, 0-8 years of age, including protection from injury and infection; promotion of healthy development, good nutrition, and appropriate health and fitness habits.
