INTRODUCTION TO NETWORK SECURITY Prerequisite: CTS 1134C This course covers a broad overview of security topics related to information security including: cryptography, security baselines, and current attack and counter attack methods. The course covers methods to secure communications. Web security and hardening the Network infrastructure. It also teaches the student to develop comprehensive security and management policies. It looks at both Windows and Linux security techniques for hardening the operating system. The objectives of this course are mapped to Comptia's Security + Certification Exam. (Special Fee: $41.00)
