CRIMINAL LAW This course examines crime and the elements of offenses. Various mental states, capacities to commit crimes, and defenses to criminal liability are intensely studied.

CRIMINAL EVIDENCE & PROCEDURES This course reviews the rules of evidence, methods of legally collecting and preserving evidence, rules and procedures regulating admissibility of evidence and presentation of evidence in court. Special emphasis is placed on constitutional issues of search and seizure and procedures.
