INTRODUCTION TO THE BIBLE An introduction to the Bible from a secular, academic perspective. Covers major narratives, issues, and themes in the Jewish and Christian scriptural texts. Introduces students to methods used by critical scholars of the Bible. This course does not fulfill General Education or Gordon Rule requirements.

WORLD RELIGIONS Basic introduction to the world's religions. Explores practices and beliefs of major religious traditions including Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, and Buddhism. Affords students the ability to think critically through the mastering of subjects concerned with human culture and will include selections from the Western canon.

SELECTED TOPICS IN RELIGION Seminars offered for students interested in special topics in Religion. Topics selected from special areas of art, literature, religion, philosophy or combination of these areas. Multiple credit course. May be repeated for up to six credit hours and grade forgiveness cannot be applied.
