Degree Audit

The degree audit identifies the course requirements for the student’s declared program of study and indicates which requirements have been completed or remain outstanding. The degree audit excludes developmental coursework and any coursework not applicable to the declared program.

Degree audits are accessible through the student’s MyVC account. Students are encouraged to review their degree audit each term, after grades have been posted, to monitor progress toward program completion.

Students considering a change of program may run a “What-if Analysis” degree audit to view how completed coursework would apply to a different degree or certificate program.
