MyVC

MyVC is Valencia College’s secure online portal for students, faculty, and staff. Through MyVC, students access registration, financial aid information, academic records, degree audits, and official College communication.

Access and Credentials

Upon admission, students create a MyVC account and are issued login credentials. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and should not share it with others. Password changes may be made at any time using the Change Your Password tool in MyVC.

Official Valencia College Email

All admitted students are assigned a Valencia College email account, accessible through MyVC. Valencia College email is the official method of communication for notices related to registration, deadlines, financial assistance, tuition and fees, academic records, and College policies. Communications sent to a student's Valencia College email address constitute official notice, and students are responsible for reviewing these communications regularly. The College recommends that students do not forward their Valencia College email to external accounts, as some service providers may block or filter forwarded messages.

Student Services Available in MyVC

MyVC provides access to a wide range of services. For example, students may use MyVC to:

  • Register for courses and manage their class schedules
  • View grades, degree audits, and unofficial transcripts
  • Request official transcripts
  • Review and pay tuition and fees
  • View financial aid status and awards
  • Update personal contact information

Students should log in through MyVC and follow the on-screen instructions to establish their account.

First Stop Labs

First Stop Labs are located on each campus and provide students with computer access to College systems, including MyVC, for registration, financial aid processes, email access, and academic planning activities.
