Valencia College provides official transcripts through its authorized service provider, Parchment. Official transcript requests must be submitted online. A fee of $3.00 per transcript applies; additional fees may apply based on selected delivery options.
- Active students submit official transcript requests through the MyVC account.
- Inactive students who are unable to access MyVC may establish a Parchment account to request official transcripts.
Processing and Delivery
Processing times may vary by term. Transcripts are generally processed within five business days, unless Hold for Grades or Hold for Degree is selected prior to the end of the term. During end-of-term processing periods, additional time may be required to finalize grades and degree conferrals. Students should allow sufficient time for processing and delivery. Transcripts are not available for on-campus pickup.
Students who are currently enrolled or who expect to graduate at the end of the term should select Hold for Grades and/or Hold for Degree to ensure that final grades or degree conferrals are reflected on the transcript. If no hold option is selected, the transcript will be processed and delivered with the academic information available at the time of the request.
Transcripts that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information must be reordered, and applicable fees will apply.
