Valencia College wants you to be successful in accomplishing your educational goals. To evaluate your level of preparation and to assist you in making the best decisions for your career path, you may be required to take a few assessments before you register for classes:
- Post Secondary Education Readiness Test (PERT) for degree seeking students (see Exemptions to Requirements for taking the PERT)
- ACCUPLACER ESL (LOEP) for degree seeking students who are English Language Learners
Before coming to the Assessment Center, please be sure to create your Atlas username and password.
Entry testing is available on each campus Monday through Friday. Hours may vary during the year. Students must arrive at least 2.5-3 hours prior to closing time to assure that full testing can be done on the same day.
