New Student Orientation

All new, degree-seeking students must complete online orientation before registering for their first term. New Student Orientation provides information on career and education planning, college resources, and guidance on course selection and registration. The new Student Orientation portal is accessed through the student's MyVC account. 

After completing the online orientation, students are prompted to sign up for either an in-person or online course selection and registration session. During this session, a student success coach helps students choose the right courses for the first term and get started on a path to success.

Students may register for classes once they have completed New Student Orientation.
